El Grande Holdings Limited

Established in 1990, the El Grande Group operates Italian, American, Belgian, Mexican and Chinese style bar and dining concepts in Hong Kong and the PRC with franchisees in Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines and the PRC.  There are currently over 130 restaurants and bars in Asia operating under El Grande developed systems.  The Grappa’s Group of Italian dining concepts includes outlets in Pacific Place, Jardine House, Quarry Bay and the Hong Kong International Airport.  Additional popular gathering spots are East End Brewery, Quarry Bay and Inn Side Out, Causeway Bay.

In Lan Kwai Fong the Hong Kong Brew House serves a wide range of U.S. craft beers, Belgian micro brews and English ales, along with locally brewed Hong Kong Beer.  The same great selection of international beers can be found at Cochrane’s, Slim’s and Fatt’s Place.

Hong Kong’s first Belgian restaurant, BelgoS East in Quarry Bay, is home to the world famous bucket of mussels, platters of frites and a wide range of Belgian beers.

Domani, located on the fourth level of Pacific Place next to the garden terrace, is Admiralty’s only single-storey stand alone restaurant.  Housed in a glass structure with a spectacular ceiling, Domani serves the culinary creations of consulting Italian chef, Mauro Uliassi, holder of two Michelin stars and three Gambero Rosso forks.
