• Settlement and custody of Eurobond and international bond business, where Clearstream acts as an International Central Securities Depository (ICSD)

• Cross-border business for equities and domestic fixed-income securities

• German and Luxembourg Central Securities Depository (CSD) business. As a CSD, Clearstream Banking Luxembourg implements monetary policy measures affecting Luxembourg on behalf of the Banque Centrale du Luxembourg.

Clearstream has also developed innovative services in instruction information, investment fund order routing and processing - where Luxembourg is the largest market in the world with EUR 1.6 trillion in assets - and global securities financing which include triparty repo, securities lending and collateral management.
